110 Characteristics and management of generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP): experience from the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) GPP Expert Network

This study was conducted to determine the characteristics of GPP flares and current treatment landscape among patients with in CEE region. Eligible cases (N=57) that met diagnosis criteria (centre excellence or ERASPEN) had follow-up/treatment last 10 years were collected from centres. Case report forms used collect patient demographics; most severe flares; outcomes. Median age at disease onset 57 (range 0–84); 59.6% female. flare frequency 0.7 per year; 57.9% a history plaque psoriasis. Clinical (for 33 severe) were: GPPGA total score 3 4 (50.0%; 77.8%); median body area involved 70.0%); required hospitalisation (77.2%; 91.0%); duration hospitalisation, if (2.0 weeks; 2.0 weeks); elevated C-reactive protein (72.7%; 84.9%); fever >38°C (33.9%; 40.7%). The frequently therapies retinoids (n=38), PUVA/UVB (n=23) methotrexate (n=22), which effective (complete response >90% reduction skin lesions) 55.3%, 26.1% 31.8% cases, respectively. Anti-TNFs (n=9) other biologics (n=15) 33.3–100% individual 2–5 each. Treatments should not be compared as time achieve clearance are considered. Our findings highlight substantial clinical burden associated high unmet need for treatments provide rapid sustained clearance.
